Gary Petrie

Gary Petrie has over 30 years of professional design experience and over 24 years of website development experience. He started his career in 1990 after graduating with honors (Dean’s List 8/8 semesters) from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with an Associate’s Degree in Visual Communications. Four months after graduating he went to work at Pittsburgh’s largest corporate meeting production house, The SLIDEing Board, Inc.

In 1993 he started working with another company in Pittsburgh called Type N’ Slides, Inc. His responsibility at Type N’ Slides was to design multimedia presentations for corporate companies like; Westinghouse, Pepsi, Heinz and others. Gary traveled with these companies on location offering his expertise as a technical consultant and multimedia designer.

In 1994, a year after working at Type N’ Slides he started his business called Gary Petrie Visual Imaging. Working mostly in the evenings and weekends, Gary concentrated on getting his company off the ground. He understood very early on the importance websites and their role in the corporate world. He created his first website for Zambelli Fireworks Internationale in 1996.

He left Type N’ Slides in 1999 in order to put all his efforts into GPVI. Since then Gary has created countless websites, presentations and designs for companies all across the US. Building solid relationships with clients is very important for GPVI’s future growth, and Gary works very hard in developing relationships that last. He’s designed for companies including Walt Disney World, Nielsen, iHeartMedia, Beacon Linens, NCSolutions, Prodigo Solutions and companies just like yours. His resume includes designs for numerous companies from New York to Los Angeles.

Gary lives in Latrobe Pennsylvania at the foothills of the Laurel Mountains. Latrobe is the hometown of golf legend Arnold Palmer and is also the neighborhood of the late Mr. Rogers. It’s the birthplace of the Banana Split and Rolling Rock beer.

Alex Petrie

Alexander Petrie has experience in music and sound editing. Taking marketing courses in college as well as winning a “Shark Tank esque” competition against 30 groups. Heightening his experience to take creative ideas and send them for a touchdown. He’s not afraid to find the niche in the market that will suit a unique audience.

Alex got a dabble of football during Big Ben’s last season for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Although the Steelers’ foundation has been lost. He looks ahead in hopes that the black and gold will climb the ladder once again. He reads into news sources supplied by NFL writers. Making sure he delivers only the facts, not feelings.

He’s a man of God seeking friends who aren’t afraid to mention the hard truths. He participated as a Student Ministry Leader, and is currently awaiting what God has in store for him next. Alex makes sure that his beliefs are carried regardless. The GAP GAB Podcast is created as a source of both passion and identity. Delivering what the audience enjoys, their football Sundays. While keeping the faith that Christ changes the lives of those who believe in Him.

With a family of 5 siblings, all with creative outlets of their own. He’s feeds off his siblings’ ambitions so his can stay consistent. Having bonds that will last a lifetime.
